Shaye Cunningham

I’m Shaye Cunningham, but you can call me “SlayByShaye.” I’m that fun-loving, down-for-anything girl from the South Side of Chicago, on a mission to leave a mark on this world. Fashion has been my passion since childhood—think back porch paper dolls dressed to the nines with Ebony/Jet magazines and Sears & Spiegel catalogs. My imagination ran wild, and it set the stage for my love of all things fabulous!

Fast forward through a typical Gen-X college experience and a successful career as an HR executive, I found myself in 2019 feeling a void. Despite the blessings of a supportive husband, two amazing kiddos, and a cozy home in the suburbs, something was missing. That empty space could only be filled by my divine purpose, which I now embrace wholeheartedly! 

Taking a leap of faith in 2020, I now empower Boss Babes daily to show up as their BEST SELF, looking and feeling incredible while attracting their dreams, both personally and professionally. I help them discover, define, and refine their “Visual Voice”—a truly authentic style that unapologetically expresses who they are!

As a Boss Babe, I know you need to tap into your confidence energy every day, and sometimes we all need a little help with that!
